Whether you have skills, some skills or no skills at all, GJSC’s Recreational Adult League has a spot open for you. Want to know more?
WHEN: Spring season starts March 24th and goes through May 12th 2012.
Games are played on Saturday afternoons and Wednesday Evenings at
Canyon View Park or Longs Park depending on league.
Summer leagues start June 16th and finish on August 4th

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Closes at midnight, 3/11/12. Please do not wait until
the last minute. Late registrations may be accepted, however, a $50 late fee
applies.
WHERE: Games are played at Canyon View Park. Longs Park could be used for
scheduling conflicts.
PLAYING FORMATS:
- Men’s Recreational Open league 11v11 (Team Roster max of 18). players
- Recreational Coed league, 8v8. Games at Canyon View on Wednesday Evenings.
- Women’s Open League 8v8. Games at Canyon View on Saturday Afternoons.
- Men’s Over 35 League, 8v8. Games at Canyon View on Saturday Afternoons.

Summer Leagues:

Cost:
8v8 Leagues cost $425.00 per team (includes $75.00 CASA Team Fee).
11v11 Leagues cost $750.00 per team (includes $75.00 CASA Team Fee).
All players must register with CASA at www.coloradoadultsoccerassociation.com Player fee is approximatly $14.00 per season. CASA is your liability and personal insurance required to play soccer in Colorado.
Why Are We Here?
- To provide an organized infrastructure for both the residents of Grand Junction and Western Colorado that enables them to play fun and friendly soccer several times a week in several formats - both competitive and non competitive - twelve’s months of the year. To keep a relaxed environment where players of every skill level can develop their skills.
- To use soccer as a vehicle to keep physically and mentally fit.
- To give people the ability to dramatically increase their social circle and make new friends.
- To promote the sport of soccer in the USA, starting off in the great city of Grand Junction. We encourage people to learn about the sport by playing it, and thus realizing what an amazing sport it is - both to play it and watch it.
- To provide a sense of community to our members and a feeling of family. It also serves as a place for newcomers in the city to meet new people, and get a readymade social circle.
- To give back to the community where ever possible. Taking part in several charities events, and hosted our own charity tournament in aid of the GJSC Scholorship Fund and the GJSC TOPS Soccer Program.
There is a place for anyone looking for some fun, excitement and friendship. If you are an individual looking for a team, complete the Adult Player Information Sheet that can be forwarded to team managers and/or GJSC Adult League Director. If you are under the age of 18 you will need to have a signed Parental Waiver to play.
