Continuing Your Coaching Education

Develop the person and you'll develop the player.

They'll forget what you did, they'll forget what you said, but they'll never forget the way you made them feel.

Any video regarding former or current players and/or teams (i.e. Pele, Maradona, Zidane, Barcelona, Real Madrid) is beneficial for youth players to watch. Watching films about the Organizations/Associations, such as the FA (FA Cup) or FIFA (World Cup), that host big tournaments are great things for players to research and get a better understanding for the history of the sport.  You can order any movies at soccer.com or off amazon or eBay easily enough.

YouTube is also a great outlet for players to watch professionals and favorite player(s) perform specific moves in a game or in training. Watching things on the Internet or on video give youth players the luxury to allow them to watch things on their own time.
